What you are agreeing to
Payment in advance, in full, always
No inspection is scheduled before the fee is received. This is not a credit policy — it is the reason you can trust the grade. We are not waiting on your purchase to get paid, so we have no reason to tell you it is a good machine.
One free reschedule
If the machine or the operator is unavailable, we move the visit once at no charge. A second no-show forfeits the fee. We say this up front so it is never a surprise.
The report is released on payment
Free summary before, full report after. No exceptions — including for people who seem trustworthy.
The grade is not negotiable
Not by the seller, not by the buyer, not by us. A grade that can be softened is worth nothing to the next person who reads one.
Brokerage runs for six months
Due on any buyer we introduced to you in writing who completes within six months, whether or not the sale ran through us.

All prices exclusive of GST.
