Tanzania has no age ban on machinery at all. But this varies by country, by HS line and sometimes by the individual officer, so the only safe course is to get the position confirmed in writing by the destination's standards or customs body before you commit money — and a wheeled backhoe is far more likely to be caught by a vehicle rule than a tracked machine.

A machine can hold a valid PVoC, G-CAP or SABER certificate and still need a new undercarriage and a hydraulic pump on arrival. The two documents answer different questions and you need both.
