Bought to order · tier named on every line
Parts, quoted against the report that found them
An inspection ends with an itemised list of what the machine needs. Supplying those items is the other half of the job — and quoting them against a measurement rather than a guess is the only reason we are any use at it.

02 · Two rules on every quotation
How we quote
The tier is named
OEM genuine, branded aftermarket or unbranded — stated explicitly on every line, with the price for each where the choice is genuinely yours to make. There is nothing wrong with aftermarket undercarriage on a machine with three years left in it. There is a great deal wrong with being sold it as genuine.
We never substitute silently.
No stock, no promises
The lead time on the quotation is one confirmed with the supplier. Quotations are valid seven days, because prices in this trade move and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
Whether fitting is included, and whose labour it is, is stated on the quotation too.
03 · Why this follows from the report
A measurement is a better order than a guess
“The chains look worn” produces a phone call, three quotations and a fortnight of doubt. “Chains at 38% remaining, sprockets hooking, roughly 500 hours left” produces a decision.
Because the inspection already measured the item, the quotation can be specific about what is needed, when it is needed, and what happens if it is left alone. You are not being sold a part. You are being handed the price of something you already know is due.
If you have a report reference
Quote it and we will price the whole defect schedule in one go — genuine and aftermarket side by side, with lead times.
Send the referenceIf you have no report, just a part
Send the model, the serial from the chassis plate, and what you need. The serial matters — the same model changes specification mid-run more often than people expect, and a part ordered on the model alone is how you end up with the wrong one.

About parts and quotations
Do you hold parts in stock?
No. Everything is bought to order against a confirmed quotation, which is exactly why we can price several tiers against each other rather than pushing whatever happens to be sitting on a shelf.
What does naming the tier mean?
Every line on a quotation states whether it is OEM genuine, branded aftermarket or unbranded, with the price for each where the choice is genuinely yours. We never substitute silently — if what arrives is not what was quoted, that is our problem to fix, not yours to discover.
How accurate are your lead times?
We quote a lead time confirmed with the supplier, not one we hope to meet. The first missed delivery costs more credibility than the order was worth, so we would rather tell you three weeks and mean it than tell you one and disappoint you.
Why do you ask for an advance?
Because we buy to order and hold no stock. 100% for ground-engaging tools and filters, 50% minimum for undercarriage and major components. It is the same reason the inspection fee is paid up front — a desk with no capital cannot carry your order and stay independent at the same time.
Do I have to have used you for an inspection first?
No. But if you have, quote the report reference and the conversation gets much shorter — we already know the machine, the hours and precisely which items were flagged and why.
