You tell us what you have
Make, model, year, hours, and whether there is still a loan on it. That last one matters more than people expect — an unreleased hypothecation is the most common reason a machine deal dies two weeks in.
Brokerage · 2.5% on completion · nothing upfront
Most sellers do not mind finding a buyer. They mind the NOC, the lien release and the transfer — and they mind the eleven people who come to look and never come back. We take both problems.
01 · How it works
Make, model, year, hours, and whether there is still a loan on it. That last one matters more than people expect — an unreleased hypothecation is the most common reason a machine deal dies two weeks in.
Non-exclusive. Nothing upfront. 2.5% of the sale price, minimum ₹25,000, due only if it sells — and only to a buyer we introduced to you in writing.
This is the part sellers find uncomfortable and buyers pay for. A graded machine sells faster and argues less, because the buyer stops looking for what you are hiding. But the grade is what it is, and we will not soften it for you.
You do not get every time-waster in the district. You get the ones who have finance in place or cash ready and have already read the condition report.
Financier NOC, lien release, RC transfer, Form 29/30, invoicing. The part everybody hates and most deals die on.
02 · The uncomfortable bit
Every buyer walking onto your yard is looking for what you are not telling them. That search is what kills the price.
A graded machine ends the search. The buyer reads the undercarriage percentage, sees the deferred cost, and negotiates about a number instead of about a suspicion. Sellers who expected the report to cost them money usually find it did the opposite — because the discount a nervous buyer demands is always larger than the defect they were nervous about.
The grade will be what it is. We do not move it, and knowing that we would not move it for anyone else is exactly why the buyer believes it.

2.5% of the sale price with a minimum of ₹25,000, payable only on a completed sale. Nothing upfront. Transfer and documentation is ₹8,000–12,000 if you want us to handle the paperwork, which most sellers do.
No. We hold no stock and take no title, ever. That is deliberate — the moment we own machines, every grade we write is suspect, including the ones on other people's machines.
No. If we did that for you, the next buyer would have no reason to believe anything we write — including about your next machine. This is the end of the conversation rather than the start of a negotiation, and we would rather say so plainly before you ask.
No. Sell it yourself or through anyone else at the same time; you owe us nothing unless a buyer we introduced to you in writing completes. That introduction stands for six months.
Not if it is handled early. It is a problem when it surfaces after a buyer has committed. Tell us at the start and we will establish whether the financier's NOC can actually be obtained before anyone's time is spent.

No obligation and no cost. We will tell you what we think it is worth, what will need fixing before a buyer sees it, and whether the loan position needs sorting first.
